Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • You changed your mind.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  • Photos showing the reason for the return request (e.g. due to damage when delivered, product defect, etc).
  • Wait for a response from our team and approval on your return request.  We may ask if you prefer store credit, replacement or a refund instead (at our discretion).
  • If returning the product, send all items back to us via registered mail.


Additional Information:

Once we receive your returned product, we will assess. If approved a refund/store credit will be provided within 48 hours.  If a replacement was requested by you, we will ship out a replacement within 48 hours.

If your order was lost in transit and has not arrived within a week of the transit time provided when ordering, please reply to your order confirmation email so we can liaise with the shipping carrier on the order status.  We will update you promptly and if the goods cannot be located by the shipping carrier we will send a replacement ASAP or provide a refund if you prefer.
