We offer Flat Rate shipping fees to many countries globally, with Standard and Express Shipping available.
You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout on our site. The Standard and Express options will also list estimated delivery timeframes for your order once it has been shipped.
You can track your order via the link provided in the email you receive from Rose Blessings advising that your goods are on their way. We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of order placement.
If you don't receive your order within a week of the estimated delivery timeframe, please respond to your Rose Blessings order confirmation email and we will liaise with the shipping carrier and provide a status update. Please note there may be delays during peak season periods due to high volumes of goods being shipped.
If the order is deemed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement free of charge or provide a refund if you prefer.
